I found a recipe for Char Siu so I went to woolies and surrounding shops to buy the ingredients XD I have three chunks of pork belly marinating and waiting for me to roast tomorrow!! WOO HOO!! can't wait!! :D
In the meantime, I'm going to try make some profiteroles :)
